Shipping Fees are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the order.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to certain destinations or countries due to legal or logistical reasons. We reserve the right to cancel orders to such destinations or countries.

Domestic Transit Time (Malaysia)
SaltyBasics and SaltyOrigins order transit time is within 1-5 working days after production is completed. Should the delivery time have exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us.

However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

International Transit Time
For orders to Singapore, the transit time is within 1-5 working days after production is completed.

For other international destinations, the transit time is within 7-20 working days after production is completed.

Should the delivery time have exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us.

However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

Change Of Delivery Address
Change of delivery address is not permitted once the order has been shipped out or confirmed during the Order Review stage. Any changes once order is confirmed will incur additional shipping charges according to the revised address. Delays may occur for any incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

P.O. Box & Military Shipping
Saltycustoms do not ship to P.O. box and Military personnel addresses.

Tracking
We provide tracking information for all shipped orders. Customers can track their packages using the provided tracking number. If the tracking number is not available, please contact us.

Customs and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that may be imposed on their orders. Please note that we are not liable for any delays or extra fees resulting from the customs clearance process.

To facilitate customs clearance, certain international destinations may require additional documentation. We kindly request your assistance in providing any necessary supporting documents.

Customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are calculated upon the shipment's arrival. Therefore, we are unable to provide an exact estimate for these charges.

Please note that for international orders, we cannot issue recalls or offer refunds for shipments that have been abandoned or rejected by the destination country's customs authority.
