1. Dots/Spots on t-shirts

Caused by dust particles during the printing process.
Dye sublimation printing is usually done in a controlled environment (air conditioned, sealed room).
Despite best efforts, this happens occasionally.

2. Puckering

The gathering of fabric around the logo resulted from tight pulling of thread of embroidery.
Common on microfiber due the soft nature of fabric.

Expert Recommendation
Avoid designs with a lot of white spaces.
Avoid embroidery print on microfiber when possible.
